Team Introduction

Global Revenue Operations โ€“ North America shoulders the responsibility for the commercial and revenue operations within the North American Commercial Organization. We traverse the entirety of the organization to guide judicious decision-making, streamline processes, and establish policies. Situated in a unique role, we are a part of the Global Revenue Organization, collaborating with teams across the globe to launch and refine programs, initiatives, and processes. The North American Organization looks to us as torchbearers, guiding them towards a future illuminated with solutions, enhanced revenue, and problem resolution.

This Internship Program spans 10-24 weeks. Candidates are welcome to apply for both Off-cycle Intern positions and Program Intern positions.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a catalyst for the NA Rev Ops Organization, enhancing organizational efficiency and productivity.
  • Construct models of productivity that can drive exemplary behaviors and facilitate the adoption of processes and goals.
  • Synthesize and present strategic priorities and challenges.
  • Act as a liaison and advocate for programs and roll-outs, bridging our global teams with regional stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Background in Start-Up Experience (Preferably in Strategy/BizOps roles), Banking, or Consulting.
  • Demonstrate the ability to deconstruct problems and devise solutions.
  • Experience collaborating across functions and with stakeholders, particularly in mid-level and senior leadership roles.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and their functioning, with a focus on SFDC.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of SQL (a plus).

Job Information

For Pay Transparency: Compensation Description Intern (hourly)

The hourly wage range for this role in the specified city is $54.00 โ€“ $54.00. We provide full coverage for Full-Time intern medical insurance premiums after 90 days from the date of hire. Medical coverage is inclusive; however, dental and vision coverage are not included.

Our time off and leave policies encompass paid holidays and paid sick leave. The entitlement to sick leave is contingent on your length of employment.

Furthermore, we offer mental and emotional well-being benefits through our Employee Assistance Program and reimbursements for mobile phone expenses. The Company reserves the right to modify or alter these benefits programs at its discretion, with or without notice.
